General PDU Information

Those who have been granted the PMP credential (certificants) must demonstrate ongoing professional commitment to the field of project management by satisfying PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements Program (formerly called the Professional Development Program). The process for filing PDU information has changed. We provide the information you will need in the table below, including provider, codes, titles, Knowledge, Process and Application Areas. You will complete the remainder of the form with your personal information.

Option 1: Complete and Mail Form

• Download the PDU form at PMI Headquarters' site. (If using MS Internet Explorer, right click on this link and "Save Target as...". If using Netscape, "Save Link as...")
• Please make copies of the form as needed. Submit a separate form for each qualifying activity.
• You will continue to mail or fax this form to: PMI/CCR Records, College of Continuing Education, 1700 Asp Avenue, Norman, Oklahoma USA 73072- 6400, or fax to +1-405-325-6925.

Option 2: Complete the Online Form online, login required.

Note: PDU claims submitted on outdated/unofficial forms may not be accepted. For example: a claim using an outdated form that does not list newly required information would be considered incomplete. PMPs are encouraged to check the PMI Web site regularly for updates to the CCR program documentation including updates to the Activities Reporting Form.
